The book I read to research this post was Public Speaking And Presentations For Dummies by Rob Yeung et al which is a very good book which I bought from kindle. This book is about how to deliver a speech or presentation and is jam packed with information on how to do it well. It has some of the more obvious advice like not drinking or taking tranquilizers as they make you tired and give you slurred speech and when they wear off the anxiety comes back with a vengeance.
