There are two stories, both following the same character and his cat, Smoke.
The tales are surreal and quirky, and in a fun way. There are echoes of Hitchhiker's Guide, only in a more fantasy/horror setting here on earth.
The weirdness will definitely keep you reading!

A cussing spider. A floating cat that renames itself. A tea kettle that refuses to be ignored. If this sounds absurd... well, it is, but don't let that fool you. This story is incredibly enjoyable, simply because it IS so absurd. It's fun, it's funny, it's witty, and all of the characters, even the main characters, are likable. The author has often been told that he does things the wrong way. For instance, he could walk before he could crawl. His parents were also informed that he went about reading the wrong way. Already reading before kindergarten, he went on to delve into texts about dinosaurs and astronomy by 1st grade as opposed to the regular story books everyone else was reading.
