If you are looking for a book to both motivate & educate you athletically, this is it. Great chapters on nutrition (macronutrients, micronutrients, good fats, etc), injury prevention & care, cross training, and overall attitude towards any chosen sport. All is written in an easy to understand format with an appreciated bit of the authors personal input.
