This seems to be somewhat of a continuation of Gauntner's other book, The Sake Handbook. It lacks most of the information found in the other book, and is mainly a list of sake with the author's impressions of them. The highlight of the book is simply that the pictures of the various sake labels are in full color (thus the reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2).
