The next installment for the series is out, and 'tis indeed sweet.

Remember in the Summer in Sweetland series, the story called Not Forgotten? At the end of the story, we left Tina Harper and Brent Towers making goo-goo eyes at each other. I kinda figured he'd pop the question, and he did, just after the Labor Day picnic.

Now they're planning the wedding, and as often happens, things don't always go smoothly. The weather is uncooperative, scheduling could be a problem, and the location is this-a

Sometimes our dead ends become a way out. In this Christmas tale, two people learn to dream and love again. The Snow Wedding is a poignant tale about the special things God allows in his ability to make second chances a reality.

Karen Gass does a good job in keeping the home fires of Sweetland and New Beckton burning in this tale. . . just in time for Christmas.
