Just got this so I can add to my kitchen skills. I love greek food and want to learn how to cook it myself.
This is a marvelous cookbook of greek cuisine. The pictures that accompany almost every dish left me hungry. I am kinda clueless about greek cooking and was delighted to find that much of their culinary heritage is vegetarian. There were a few dishes of pork or shellfish which I skipped over but this is definitely a great book for those looking to expand to different types of foods.
