I've read this fun, little novella before Christmas and I really think it was the best time for reading it. It's the third in a five-part series of novellas and if I have to compare it to the first two parts, the one I least enjoyed.

I'm a huge fan of Nicola Doherty and her novel 'If I Could Turn Back Time' is one of my all time favorite books. If you're new to her works, I think it's b

Maggie Does Meribel is book three in the Girls on Tour series and yet another fun read. Maggie and her boyfriend Leo are heading off to the French Alps for a skiing holiday over the New Year and far from being the easy-going, romantic holiday Maggie is hoping for, doubts over their relationship are brought up. Leo, eager to please the other people on their holiday, is reluctant to spend any time alone with Maggie which has her questionin

Maggie is looking forward to a romantic ski-ing holiday with Leo and his friends in the Swiss Alps. She doesn't get to see much of him because he works so hard and has various sporting commitments. She's looking forward to romance in the snowy setting and amazing everyone with her ski-ing prowess. But once they arrive Leo is keen to keep up with his friends socialising and leaving no time to make Maggie feel special.

When they go on a ski slope after her first couple of lessons she finds herself

Nicola is back with her third installment in the "Girls on Tour" series, this time with Maggie "doing" Meribel.

I think I couldn't dream of a better setting for this novella, for this time of the year. Snow, Après-Ski, skiing on beautiful slopes, and then relaxing in a jacuzzi in a bathroom with a wonderful mountain view... Mmm...

As much as I loved this short story, it felt incredibly rushed. I know, I KNOW, it can't be different, as it IS a short story, but this time it was extremely rushed and

I love Nicola Doherty's books and am really enjoying the Girls on Tour series. So far we have been to Paris and LA and now the third instalment whisks us off to Meribel for a Christmas skiing trip.

Maggie and her boyfriend Leo are heading off to the slopes with a group of his friends. Maggie has high hopes of a wonderfully romantic trip where he teaches her to ski, and they spend hours sipping hot chocolate and being all loved up.

Oops, even from the start things aren't going quite to plan. Befo

Nicola Doherty is back with the third instalment in this hilarious, romantic and unputdownable five-part series. As soon as I read Poppy Does Paris I knew I would love this series and I haven't been disappointed yet.

Maggie, her boyfriend Leo and a bunch of his friends are off to a skiing group holiday in the French Alps. Maggie is full of excitement because it's New Years Eve and her first proper holiday since she and Leo became a couple over a year ago. Be

Here comes the third installment from the Girls on Tour series by Nicola. I am loving this series, I have really enjoyed getting to know these characters well and accompany them on their holidays.

So we meet Maggie in this story, she is going on her first proper holiday with boyfriend Leo, they are going over the New Year holidays and this is a special time already for Maggie as it is around the time she got together with Leo. This is a holiday he had organised with his friends and while they ar

Thank you to Headline for providing me with a copy in exchange for an honest review

The Girls on Tour series continues, this time with with Maggie and her visit to the French Alpine ski resort of Meribel.

Sounds idyllic?

Well yes it should be, she is going with Leo her boyfriend of a year and it will be a gorgeously romantic New Year's break for them both, except it is not just, them they are going on holiday with a group of Leo's sporty mates and their other halves plus a single female friend of

So, this is the 3rd installment of Nicola Doherty’s Novella (3 of 4 novellas) that I’ve been looking forward since “Poppy Does Paris”. Actually I’m not big fan of novella, since it just about a chapter of a normal book I usually read, but since I tried “Poppy Does Paris” and I loved Poppy’s adventure on Paris, So does Lily’s adventure in Los Angeles, and I love how the characters are linked one another. Lily is Alice’s cousin, while Alice is Poppy’s colleagues, Lilly is Maggie’s friend (kinda ...more

Synopsis

They say that relationships are made or broken when you go on holiday together. This is the situation that Maggie finds herself in when she and boyfriend Leo go on a group skiing holiday to Meribel. Whilst Maggie knows her relationship with Leo isn’t perfect she does not expect to see how bad things have gotten.

Things go from bad to worse when Maggie embarks on an innocent flirtation with hunky ski instructor Sylvan. Can Maggie and Leo repair their relationship before it is too late?

Firstly thank you to Headline for approving me for a copy of this via NetGalley.

This is the third novella in Nicola Doherty’s Girls On Tour series following on from Poppy Does Paris and Lily Does LA. I love that the titles of each novella all have the similarity linking them out with their own stories.

The story is all about Maggie who is flying out to France for a skiing holiday over the New Year with her boyfriend, Leo, and their friends.

What should be a romantic break turns dramatically into s

This is the third instalment in the Girls on Tour series by Nicola Doherty. This time we are on tour with Maggie. Maggie has been going out with Leo for nearly a year and Leo has invited her on a skiing holiday with friends over the New Year holiday period. Maggie learns a lot from this trip and it's not just about the skiing. I'm enjoying the Girls on Tour series, they are ideal little novellas for a quick amusing read. I also like that there is an interlinking connection with the girls along ...more
