I’ve enjoyed listening to the music of the Steve Pettit Evangelistic Team for years, and have had the privilege of hearing Steve preach in my church a number of times. So when I saw he had written a book titled Walking in the Spirit: A Study Through Galatians 5, I wanted to read it not only because I felt I could trust it (as much as one can trust a human author), but also because this is a subject and a passage I have thought about and wrestled with for years.

The book of Galatians is one of my favorites. When I saw this new Bible study, Walking in the Spirit by Steve Pettit, I knew I had to check it out. I wasn't disappointed. Pettit delivers a well-organized, theologically sound treatment of Galatians chapter 5, including a brief historical background.

This is a very thorough study on Galatians 5 on how we walk with the Spirit as a Christ-follower. The extremes between legalism and liberty were well-addressed in light of the Scripture passage, and the author had many good insights.
