David Randall’s book, Finding Neguinho, is a marvel. During the 1960s when most of America’s youth split between hippie communes and making war in Vietnam; a small number, inspired by a young president and their own ideals, went into small communities across the globe, from Latin America, Africa, to the Far East with little more than a desire to do good. This book is their story brought to life in a small, rural settlement on Brazil’s far western frontier.

Such a heartwarming, authentic, honest delivery of Peace Corps. experiences and their imprint on the fifty years since!
