I bought this because it had three stories and one was Alan Moore writing about Gylcon. It was done brilliant, every panel was just portrayed perfectly. I think it really showed how perfectly comics can work and how much the art can add when they are done properly. Happy stars for the Moore story; the other two are completely forgettable. Moore's story of Glycon, the Macedonian snake god, or hand puppet (those silly Greeks!), not returning to Earth with all the other deities , is prime Moore. You don't even need to bother reading the other two stories!

Leave it to Alan Moore to make a convincing case for Glycon, the serpent god, as a viable deity. Immensely entertaining and much more profound and praiseworthy than people realize (just as the rest of Moore's oeuvre).
