Not your typical school community cookbook! Hardback, with full-colour gorgeous photographs from the school's international lunch. Beloved recipes from the different national groups that form the community of the "International School of Lausanne". Yes, my kids attend there and you'll find my awesome fluffy Canadian pancakes recipe inside and a funny pic of myself in a Canadian toque. Don't let that fact put you off, though. This is a cookbook made by the students and families of the International School of Lausanne, Switzerland. It has over a hundred home recipes from around the world. Additionally, every page has small bits of information about food or culture.

It's a really interesting read!

As a cookbook, it has a few problems. The editors took the recipes as they were given to them without revising them so there are inconsistencies between recipes in terms of how much information they provide. Some give exact me
