I'm actually a little surprised by how much I liked this book. Normally, Dylan would not have been my kind of guy, but aside from not liking his method for advancing, he wasn't unlikeable. He still had some ethics and it is about choices...the ones his partners made as well as he himself.

Dylan is smart and good looking with a great body, and he knows it. He uses that to his advantage. Not that he doesn't work hard or is not capable, he just chooses to use his other assets to get ahead. And what

Another erotic take on the tried and true office romance, The Position offers a glimpse into the world of compromised morals populated by ad executives. Reversing the typical roles, Dahlia Salvatore’s ladder-climber is a single man in a predominantly female world. If that isn’t fantasy enough, Dylan’s been getting away with some terribly blatant sexual blackmail for years. He’s about as sleazy a scumbag as you could associate with the profession of advertising – the type Bill Hicks is talking ...more

The Position by Dahlia Salvatore is a very erotic romance that captures the reader. I will say that I was pretty engrossed into the book once I got started. There were certain elements that this genre is known for that Salvatore did well: sexual tension, unlikely situations, dominant sexual encounters, biting character wit, and a clever balance of longing and angst. What it lacked, for me, was a male lead I could fall for along with the female protagonist. I just didn't really see what Valerie ...more

Dylan Farrow is sleeping his way up the corporate ladder by seducing his female bosses at Seattle's Kerrigan Advertising Agency. He has a cutthroat reputation, isn't afraid to use his body, and is ruthless enough to do anything to succeed, it's what he does best!

Valerie Caplan left her dead end position at Trinity Advertising Corporation in Denver to pursue a position within the advertising industry in Seattle.

Valerie applies for the position of Senior Executive of Design Productions at Kerrigan

I had the ABSOLUTE PLEASURE of reading this book as a BETA !!

This book is SUPER HOT !! Dylan may go about working his way up the ladder wrong , but damn it is hot as hell reading about him doing it !! When Dylan starts seducing his boss Danica for a new position he does not expect any competition , especially not Valerie. Having to work together but against each other fighting for the position they both crave is not as easy as it sounds. Danica loves Dylan's attention but now with the attractive

Note: the author gave me a copy of this book in exchange for a fair review.
The concept of a man sleeping his way to the top intrigued me as an interesting twist on the more usual theme of a woman doing it. I liked that Dylan knows he is essentially a driven, competent, marketing man who got where he is in the marketing firm by sleeping with his female bosses. He is very competitive and uses sex as a tool. The scenes in the first 80% of the book are just that – planned scenes (encounters) he appa

I have a new book boyfriend to add to my never-ending list. Meet Dylan Farrow, who will make your panties drop in a blink of an eye. He's cocky, a sexy manic in the bedroom, and just absolutely divine.

The book is about getting 'The Position' who is going to get it? Valerie or Dylan? Valerie Chaplan has just moved to town in search of her dream job in advertising. Valerie is the independent, feisty little hellcat, and sassy heroine who gives Dylan more than a run for his money. She’s absolutely n

"Boy Toy gets caught in his own scheme"
This is a fantastic book!. The characters are awesome!. Dylan is a boy toy. He has been using his looks and his body to advance in the Kerrigan Advertising Agency he works for. Valerie is new to the city and she applies at Kerrigan Advertising Agency. When she gets an interview with Danica the division director of Art production she learns Dylan is up for the position to. Danica tells them they are to work together, and the one who she thinks does the best
If I had to sum up this book in just one word, it would be AMAZING! This story had me hooked from the very first page and I could not put it down. I really did not like Dylan at the start, especially his unconventional way of working himself up the corporate ladder, but the more I read, the more I fell in love with this sexy man. This book really has everything that I love in a book: 1) a hot sexy guy, 2) a level headed, strong and independent female character, 3) hot, steamy sex, 4) a ...more
