The book is sloppily written with errors of fact and a startling lack of context, especially given the useful works cited pages. The sole reason to read this is because of the fascinating correspondence from the Golden Age of Superman, providing interesting insights into Jerry Siegel and Jack Liebowitz, along with many of the other key players involved. The eBook contains some formatting errors but the hot links and archival graphics help make up for that. Of interest to comics historians.

Wow, what an eye-opener. Every comic book fan and historian, as well as fans of Superman, need to read this book.

Devoured the book in a couple of days. Jerry and Joe (especially Jerry) weren't quite the hard done by types that has been put forth. To me, unlike Bill Finger, they knew what they were getting into.

Anyone interested in picking up this book can do so directly from The book is available in paperback and Ebook edition is available on iBooks, Kindle, Kobo, and
