Before their deal – the one they strike in Mortal Danger – Kian and Edie are connected. But Edie doesn’t know that. She’s a girl in a gray sweatshirt, a girl who believes no one notices her, and no one cares. But Kian does. He just can’t show her how much. Yet.

Cute. If only everyone had someone trying to make them smile just once in a day (no sarcasm, I really mean that).

Without the stalking-without-choice part of course.

I love that Kian does things in secret to make Edie feel better, at that time in her life she really needed that.
Steph
This publisher exclusive short is told from Kian's POV while he's monitoring Edie as ordered by his boss, Wedderburn. He's on a bit of a mission of his own - he wants to make Edie smile.

Poche righe per spiegare come Kian avesse intenzione di avvicinarsi ad Edie ancora prima dell'incarico, sto amando questo personaggio in Amore Diabolico, questa short story andava letta!
