The only reason I didn't put a 5 star rating was because this book was a lot of things to go over your mind. Like when you keep reading the useless information you gather. If your like me, someone who likes to learn or know cool facts, you should read this if you can get a hold of it. Another reason this book I liked this book was because of the randomness of the information. If you reading a book you expect something like from that kind of area. This book went from modern to historic. This is t...more
Fun book if you like useless, but clever trivia. Which I do.
My Mom bought this for us over the summer and it's a good book to take for waiting rooms or when you're on the pot, etc. You can read as much or as little as you want to in one sitting.
Plus, who doesn't want to know that snakes have 2 sex organs, and goat's eyes have rectangular pupils? Good stuff.

A fun reference book to have to make you laugh and cock your eyebrow. Some great stuff, and not just the always-recycled facts that everyone bandies about. Good times.
this book was probably the worst book I've ever read. It's boring and a stupid book. i dont recomend this book to anybody.
There are books that are meant to be read in passing or books that are supposed to satisfy our need for facts. This book is one of those types. It is filled with random facts about various subjects spanning history to science to entertainment and beyond. However most of these facts won't necessarily show up in trivia questions but most of these facts are semi-interesting.

Epically hilarious! A hit for all ages - from my mother, to my classmates!
i thought that parts of it were hilarious
all of these are terrific!
Great bathroom book.
:)
There's a lot of useless imformation out there, but this book seems to have got thin on that. While still genuinely fun, it's a little less entertaining to read and shortens up quickly, strangely adding two sections of quotes. (?) At least it did turn okay, though. Somewhere, more accurately between a 3 and a 4.
This is one of the books that I use for creating trivia questions at the BIGGBY Training Center, as many of the questions are fun or interesting, as opposed to Trivial Pursuit which is often rather dry.
did you know that the longest recorded sneezing fit lasted 978 days? hahah well it did
oooooooor that a brazilian company is lauinching a chewing gum for dogs ? its true ! hahahhahah

One would think after two collections, Botham would be running low on stuff. No, not even quite. Polar bear stuff: algae can make the bears turn green in color????

It was okay, except for several factual errors and quotes attributed to the wrong person.
Slightly disappointed about all the sports trivia but the rest of it was fantastic!
