All I can honestly say is I've loved every book that Kelly Elliott has written and this book didn't disappoint my expectations. I had a love/hate relationship with this book for probably the first half of it, the back and forth between Luke and Libby was driving me bonkers. But finally Luke listened to his heart instead of using his brain, got his head out of his ass and manned up to tell Libby how he truly felt. After that it was all perfect for me. I loved that we were able to get a glimpse ...more

It was good...but I don't know it seemed like something was missing. :/

Libby & Luke were great together but I felt like Libby was trying to force herself to do things she didn't really need to do in the beginning.

Luke I felt like he really tried to let Libby move on even though it killed him in the end. But overall he finally stepped up to the bat even it was a little late in the game.

Overall it was an okay addition to this series but like I stated in the beginning it just felt

There really should be more than 5 stars available for some books. There are book that fall into the 1-5 star category and then we have KELLY ELLIOTT books and they are in a different bracket all together.

Saving You gives you everything you need. It is a complete love story filled with so much emotion you heart will race. You will be brought to tears caused by pain and joy. Luke and Libby have an amazing connection, but like their parents wires were crossed , heads were followed and hearts were

It seems like this book was separated into 2 parts. The first where Libby and Luke, mostly Luke, can't figure out their feelings and end up hurting each other time and time again. This part got old fast. Everyone gave them the same advice and each knew what they should do, but they didn't have the guts to go for it. Finally they did and it changed the whole tone of the book, making the last half a love fest.

What I liked about the second half was how the parents all chimed in on things. I found m

I have been waiting for this book to release. Saved from the Wanted series was my favorite book. That was the story of Ari and Jeff Johnson. Their journey to their HEA was full of angst and drama and stomach plummeting action. I LOVED it! Saving You is their son Luke's story of his relationship with Libby, the daughter of Josh and Heather from that same Wanted series. Once best friends, their undeclared feelings for each other lead to heartache and loneline

If you loved the Wanted series as much as I did you will love this series and this book too!! I love all of Kelly's books. I love her stories they are filled with so much LOVE and FRIENDSHIP. This series is the Kids of the Wanted Series, growing up and finding love. This is Luke and Libby's story. Luke is the son of Jeff and Ari and Libby is the daughter of Josh and Heather. They grow up as best friends and find that they want so much more, but Luke runs from his feelings. He does't run too far, ...more

It was really hard for me to finish reading this book. Sadly I do not share the love that others have for this book.
To me the story it was lacking ....well lacking a story:(
The 80% or so of the book it was push and pull from Luke and Libby.
I really can't stand stories where the male or female character push the other away for no reasonable reason. In this case Luke push Libby away and pull back in to push away again.
He states over and over that he loves Libby but he can't be with her because

Let me first say I truly wish I could give this book more the 5 starts....It was amazing. I love Luke and Libby their story was beautiful. I was so happy when they finally admitted their feelings too each other.
I also love how the wanted group are brought into the stories...I'm already a Jeff Johnson fan, No I'm crushing on his son

So much back and forth, misunderstanding and unnecessary drama but this series is a guilty pleasure of mine. Very NA but I can't help myself.

There were times in the first book Without You that Luke and Libby stole the show with their fussing, fighting, and obvious longing. Their book starts on a timeline about midway through Without You but revisits scenes in their points of view.

Luke Johnson (Jeff and Ari's son) and Libby Hayes (Josh and Heather's daughter) have been best friends all of their lives, but as they grew up, so did their feelings. One kiss changed their dynamic dramatically. But Luke is so afraid of ruining thei

Well what can I say except that Kelly Elliott has done it again. Saving You is book 2 in her Love Wanted in Texas Series. It follows the story of Luke and Libby. I have to say that this book is my favorite so far of this series. It reminds me of why I loved the Wanted Series and Kelly Elliott's books so much.

I knew I had to read Saving You when I saw that it was a best friends to lovers story. I am such a sucker for friends falling for one another, especially when they grow up together like Luke and Libby did. Saving You is the second book in the Love Wanted in Texas series by Kelly Elliott but this book can be read as a standalone. After reading this book though, I honestly cannot wait to go back and read the first book, as well as the entire Wan

HOLY WOW this is Luke and Libby's story !! It does overlap at the start with book 1 but that's ok because you are getting different POV's and some little inside info we didn't get and it is a nice lead in if you had to wait in between the books.

Luke is Jefferson and Ari's son and Libby is Josh and Heather's daughter. They have been best friends since childhood and up until Luke was ready to go off to college they managed to keep it that way. Like thei

I have been waiting for this book for what seems like forever. Parts of me wondered if it would be as great as my expectations were. Kelly Elliott not only met, but exceeded my expectations of Saving You. Saving You is the second book in the Love Wanted in Texas series. Love Wanted is a follow up series that features the children of the characters in Kelly's debut series- Wanted. Do you have to read Wanted Series in order to read these books??? No. But I can tell you that you'd be missing some ...more

Loving this series. Great getting to know the kids, whilst still getting more of the old gang.

After reading your note about going back in time, I was a bit skeptical, but it really made you see the build up of Luke and Libby and t understand them more.

Even though we might have had some of the scenes in Will and Alex's book, I think it adds another dimension to the story.

Luke Johnson is a young version of his father. The mistakes he make are often mirror images of what the older generation went through during their youth.

Libby Hayes knows what she wants, but thinks she can’t have it and needs to move on. She is tired of the confusing back and forth she feels from Luke and endeavors to move on.

Both characters had moments where I wanted to smack them through my Kindle, or lock them in a room so they would have to talk. Luke and Libby and one of those couples that

I have to say I have read every Kelly Elliott book and I say all the time that her stories are sweet and when I have to have some sweet back in my life, she is my go to. Saving You holds that theory to still be true.

Yay!!! Wanted Series Babies book two!!! Ok...So the series name is really Love Wanted in Texas, but since its all about the children of our favorite couples from the Wanted series....you see where I was coming from.

Saving You is Luke (Jeff and Ari's son) and Libby (Josh and Heather's daughter) story. Luke and Libby grew up together. Their parents are the closest of friends, as were the kids. However, once they started to look at each other in a "they don't have cooties" type of way, both Luke an

I love Kelly Elliott. There, I said it. No one does Cowboys the way she does. She makes them rough and sexy at the same time. I've been wanting Luke and Libby's story for a while. I knew their journey wasn't going to be simple and easy.

Libby has loved Luke for as long as she can remember. He's always had a way of talking her in to being his sidekick. They were always getting in trouble for the silly pranks they were pulling on everyone. Now that they're grown, she wants him to see her

When I read Without You (Love Wanted in Texas 1) I was sceptical, not because I didn't believe in Kelly or anything like that, but because I love the Wanted series so much I just wasn't sure how I would feel about the spin off series, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by Without You and I was even more surprised by Saving You. Luke & Libby's story just blew me away, the raw emotion that is conveyed throughout the book is just awe inspiring and in places just heartbreaking.

Kelly Elliott is most definitely one of my favorite go to authors. I have read every single one of her books and still beg for more. This book wasn’t any different. I was so excited when Kelly announced she was doing books for all the kids. I enjoyed every bit of Luke and Libby and it deserve more than 5 stars.

I'm not sure how to convey in words how much I loved this book! We first met Luke in Libby in Without You and by the end of that book I just knew I wanted and NEEDED to read their story! All the kids in the Love Wanted in Texas series have grown up together and as would be expected when you mix boys and girls and lives so closely entwined as theirs was, since all their parents were BFF's, you can expect some fireworks along the way! Kelly doesn't disappoint again in bringing Luke and Libby ...more
