A collection of menus, many of which are just beautiful. The author's father was a chef at Buckingham palace so he's managed to get some really interesting ones from royal dinners.
There are some recipes but the real stars are the menus and the stories that go along with them. Almost makes one want to start collecting them oneself.

This book contains a collection of historic Menus, many from Royal Events. It is beautifully done and interesting. The only thing that would have made this book better is if they had included a few recipes.
