I love Elizabeth Gage, her stories and strong female leads usually stay with me long after I've left the story. Unfortunately, I hated Taboo. Weak and predictable.I did listen to the audiobook version so maybe that's why I couldn't connect to the story as much as her others. My first ever 1* rating.
This is a "set in hollywood" book set in the 30's thru 50's. It never really seemed to have primary crescendo to the story line. There were also too many MAIN characters to do any of them justice. Lots of jumping back and forth between backgrounds of characters.
