Having lived and worked in South Korea since 1990, I found Nailah Harvey's second book about her experiences in South Korea as an English teacher, SoKoDiaries: Culture Shock to be extremely insightful not to mention a fun and interesting read.

What I admire most about Ms. Harvey's writing is this innocence she brings to the way she describes her experience with culture shock in South Korea. She avoids being critical of Korean culture as she embraces it and tries to understand it, which is not al
