Cruise promises this book “combines the best science along with the newest research on losing the most difficult fat in a complete 12 week plan.” While I have not committed myself to this 12 week plan (after all, I’m here to review the content), I certainly see the benefit of a complete and comprehensive approach to dieting/weight loss.

This is the second book by Jorge Cruise that I have read.

Jorge Cruise concentrates on Belly fat, which has become a problem when we all turned low fat / high carb. These high carbs have then attached themselves to our mid sections.

First off I would like to say this book is not user friendly for my kindle app.
Some of the pages would have half a pink circle or a pink strip, taking up page after page in the beginning. Along with a ton of comparison photos that were cut off at the waste. Literally the first 5 % was nothing but filler, pictures, disclaimers and wait for it... advertisements!

Total put off.

This book does offer ideas on changing your diet, exercises and mind set.. but still came across as just another diet book

This diet plan worked out so well for me and the rest of my family. I managed to lose 30 pounds in two months this way and I have not gained any of it back. I think this book is like Atkins 2.0. It's low carbing but you can still eat vegetables and the list of freebie foods is pretty exhaustive, so Cruise's plan is not a hard one to follow

Probably a good book, however for me, it was just another "diet" book with specific sites and exercises. If you don't follow the "rules" there would be little change.
