This is the self-defense book has been really helpful. Not only does it go over self-defense techniques but I goes over fitness and visualization. I liked this book a lot because it goes over fitness and even has combatant type exercises that go with what you learned from the book. ~Ashley




I actually recommend buying this book because when I borrowed it from the library I had to renew it a few times because I was practicing the techniques with a partner and sometimes it was hard to get together.
