What if a group of outside observers met at the end of each day to discuss humanity's actions? What might they be disappointed and impressed by? Lauren Lola has written an entertaining story of the Sun Spirits, a council of five that daily observes us. Like many of us, the observers are initially overwhelmed by the evils of society: "Humanity continues to prove it is ruled by cowardice and self-interest!" But not all humans act unjustly. Do our small gestures of good matter on a cosmic scale?
