Interessante mas muito denso. A informação histórica abunda mas isso também contribui para a dificuldade da leitura e a incapacidade de extrair dados relecantes do texto. De qualquer modo existem alguns capítulos que lidos individualmente são bastante importante (dos quais sublinho aquele dedicado à sífilis).
