This book was helpful in giving us guidance for how to structure some behavioral routines in our home, but I do think it was based primarily in behaviorism in a Pavlovian dog sort of way. There was no real guidance for how to engage kids in the process or how to communicate with kids (especially younger kids) about improving their behavior.
