I randomly discovered the existence of this book somehow via the weird hyperlink powers of wikipedia. Apparently, it's quite rare, and likely out of print. I even had to create the book on goodreads. But, to sate my curiosity, I did manage to order a reasonably priced first edition copy, which will be coming in the mail soon. Thanks Oriana! I can't wait!

Fabulous book, unconsciously authored by a man who tells stories in his sleep. With accompanying illustrations by Edward Gorey. Incidentally, there was a companion LP to this, released by Decca. I was lucky enough to find the book for cheap, but I doubt I'll ever be able to do the same with the record.
