It is another version in Aikido training. This method is to train how an Aikidoka deals enemies with sword but on Aiki principles. O'Sensei at a long time ago has dictated this training in his own dojo, but it is rare to see now. Thx to Stenudd sensei who brings this training method again in a new package!
