This book was very hard to get into. I kept setting it down and then forcing myself to pick it up later. I should have just stopped reading it, but I paid for it and kept hoping it would turn around and I'd get my money's worth.

D read. The antagonism between the two main characters was irritating in chapter 2 but by chapter 9 it was just plain old. Couldn't even finish it.
Anne
Interesting read, takes place during queen Victoria's time. Two former lovers are forced by the Queen to look into a mystery in Scotland.
