Recipes are a bit complicated, but all in all this feels--to someone with absolutely zero knowledge of anything greek--like a very authentic, very greek cookbook. Awesome and easy recipe for homemade yogurt that includes the insruction, "The small finger should be able to tolerate the heat to the count of 11, a good test for temperature and most fun."
