This was a heart renching tale of love. Captured by the enemy Normans, Maire was torn between protecting her brothers and the enemy Ducan she had come to love. Pretending she couldn't remember who she was gave her time to plan an escape, but truely she wanted to stay. This one reduced me to tears....a fabulous gripping tale.
Then there was the brother Niall the women he thought he was to marry...turned out to want another....hope there is a book for him.
