Recommends it for: anyone who gets mad when people are late.

very informative read. had to read it for a class (and subsequently conform all of my academic output to the models outlined in the book) but i still got a lot out of it. just as helpful for the homebody as for the international jet-setter.
Cultural diversity adds an extra dimension to doing business.
