While I understand the book is supposed to be an introduction, 65 of the 70 pages are merely an advertisement for their process/consultancy. You probably could learn just as much about Appreciative Inquiry by doing a Google search.

Probably 3 1/2 another book like Positive Leadership, a bit less prescriptive that discusses how to create positive change in organizations by focusing on strengths instead of weaknesses.

Recommended to Judy by: A university provost.
Shelves: business
A foundational book in understanding the concept of "appreciative inquiry" from the originator of this way of evaluating a business' work, interactions. Very good perspective.
