Really great book on leading and participating in small groups. It was a little too 'text-book' for my liking but it was indeed a textbook so there's that. The information is solid and helpful and there is a lot of concise info that I will be passing on in the future to people struggling in small groups. I'll be holding on to it after the class is over.
This book is worthless. It gives you "helpful" advice like, "Before attending a meeting, you should prepare for it." I am finding out that it has practically nothing to do with the assignments for my class. Also, this book loses MAJOR points for including a misuse of "their/there"!!! Grrrr....
