Apesar de o enredo ser corriqueiro, posso dizer que a estória é boa. Não é, nenhuma maravilha, mas é possível considerar um bom divertimento. Claro, se não houver muita pretensão.

Mocinha, rica tem que se casar, para fugir de pretendentes desonestos. Ela prefere fazer um casamento de conveniência. Mocinho orgulhoso, de família de posição elevada socialmente, que se encontra com sérios problemas financeiros. Ele aceita a proposta da mocinha.
