This was the best book I've read since the older research on ADHD; and actually the first describing Adult ADHD. Previous research and books mostly concentrated on kids having ADHD.

Clearly, as the Science indicated, its not been outgrown, doesn't disappear and is a REAL problem that can be dealt with effectively. This has become my ADHD-Bible.

Note: The listing in goodreads does not seem include all the authors. The book had a third, Mariellen Fischer.
