Working for Prima, an organization created to help right wrongs, she thought she was on the right side only to be manipulated by the leader of the company into stealing an ancient knife belonging to the one species on the planet that she had been avoiding at all costs...the Fey. It wasn't that she didn't like the Fey. Oh, she liked one particular Fey a little too much. It ...more

Kristal & Charmaine (Once Upon a Book Blog)
I recently found myself taken by an Urban Fantasy mood. I had nothing lined up so I turned to Amazon for inspiration. After aaaages browsing through book after book, I found Brimstone. Admittedly, the cover did not grab me but hey, it's not the first time (or even the 500th time) that I was leery over an urban fantasy book cover. However, the blurb COMPLETELY suckered me in. In fact, it had me at the word 'Fey'. My most beloved of all 'other-world' creatures. There's just something so romantic ...more

Wow.....I think I am addicted to Rayn and Genivieve!!! I was pulled into this book from the very first page and I'm so thankful I got a chance to read!! But now Im craving the next book!!

"He started to point to my backside and I grabbed his hand, twisted it behind him and rammed his face into the desk. 'I don't like butterflies and if you ever try to touch me again I will leave you in pieces. Feel me?'"

I love Genivieve's personality. She the type of girl who kicks a$$ and takes names, while ru

I’m really not one for fantasy genre books but this story might change my mind. This story has everything needed in a good book. It has action, adventure, romance, suspense and some of the most unbelievable characters. It’s the story of Genivieve Belaveau. She works for Prima which is an organization that tries to correct the injustice in the world. Her friend Sheryl works for the same organization and has recently begun to be injured on her missions. The Boss of Prima agrees to allow Sheryl to ...more

Recommends it for: Everyone

Rayn and Genivieve struggle with the world around them and she kicks some rear! That’s all I’m going to say about the book, hehee just enough to tease the senses! Because man, this book is SUCH a delicious tease! Its characters are strong, the plot is fabulous, and the cover is awesome! The pace of the book kept me up all night, another one I so did not want to put down at ALL! The one and only con to the book, the ending was so abrupt I had to flip the kindle over to see where the r

Despite the sadly unattractive covers for this trilogy, I is a breath of fresh air ....I have been reading book after book latley that have all turned out to be mediocre and feared I had run out of any paranormal books with some bite.
I love kick-ass heroins that have the smarts to go with it and Vieve does not disappoint neither does her prince. I read this trilogy in about 2 and a half days and I'm so sad it over. It takes a lot to be put on my favorites list these days and this trilogy definit

Story had potential but the editing or lack of absolutely ruins it. Wall after wall of text, needs to be broken up into more appropriate paragraphs. Huge, run-on sentences, not a comma to be found, and in other spots there are half-sentences. Spelling errors are glaring (its on the LAM, not lamb). Random capitalization of some words (races like Demon I understand, pet names and Of Course...why?)

I don't mean to rip this apart; as I said the story had potential, and from other reviews a lot of peo

Genivieve belaveau has a story to be told, and cleverly, it is told over the series so that the reader slowly comes to understand why she is such a hard ass female with a heart of gold.
The story in these books is sound, I really enjoyed it; enough to read the set. BUT the constant flitting from past to present tense, even in one short paragraph really drove me mad at times. And the Scottish accents drove me to despair. And that is the reason this series has scored a 3 instead of the 4 it deserv

These book was really good can't wait for read the next book. I like Vieve because she was able to fight her own battles. She went through a lot of bad things but that make her be more strong. Fey Prince, Raynon has love her sense the first day he saw her. The Fey Prince is strong and sexy as well. I highly recommend these book.

Pretty good

I enjoyed reading Brimstone, the characters and plot were interesting and the story moved at a pretty good pace. My one complaint would be the editing, a lot of grammar mistakes which is a bit annoying when reading.

I wanted give this book a 5 star rating.

I couldn't because of the huge amount of spelling errors. Fire the editor. I did enjoy the story and will read the rest of the books.
