Have you ever read a book you wanted to be great, but it just missed it’s mark? Wild The Pack of St. James by Noelle Mack has been that book for me. First, let me say that although I didn’t love the book, I did like it. I know that Ms. Mack needed to set up the plotline for her continuing series with Kyril’s brothers, but unfortunately for me it was at Kyril’s and Vivienne’s expense.

I think I would like to read another in this Pack of St. James series, but wish the author hadn't jumped about so much, as I was sometimes dropped into the story without prep. Characters were very interesting but no resolution to some issues: what happened to all the assassins...more
First thing: There are a few spoilers, but none that give away the ending, so I didn't choose to hide my review, but JIC, be warned.
