Shelves: nf, free-dl, pre-1923
Probably somewhat funny in its day. Has not stood the test of time. One or two good bits that the general public may enjoy but probably more for ardent language or history buffs.

Pre-1923 Public Domain Book. Free download available at Gutenberg.org and/or Archive.org

Funny and instructive

I commend this to anyone who has occasion to communicate by writing in English. It is both funny and instructive. Several of the self-published authors I have read would particularly benefit from reading this little volume.
