Judith Claire's book has all the answers to the questions we didn't even know to ask! Both entertaining and informative, I learned so much about menopause, andropause, and child bearing. I wish I would have had this information when I was having my kids. It's so easy to label a partner's behavior as hormonal without really understanding what that means. After reading this book you will understand, and its empowering.

What a great insight and helpful guiding tool for couples. Alot of research has been done by the author to help understand the changes that occur in our daily growing life. As we grow older our body goes through so many changes and this book is an awesome read to help couples understand all that we might need to know and how to deal with it.

This is a fun to read, thoroughly researched guide to hormone based behavior. It tells how testosterone, estrogen and oxytocin play powerful roles in affecting our behavior in love, sex and relationship. Chapters on menopause, andropause and pregnancy are very helpful for those going through those transitions. The book is easy to read with funny stories and great tips for navigating the relationship world. I wish I had known this stuff when I was younger. It would have made my life a lot easier ...more

This book is a remarkable accomplishment. I had no idea the impact that hormones had on our lives, and especially during the aging process. This was very informative and also entertaining. It was encouraging to me that despite the many challenges of aging, that there is hope for greater depth of a satisfying relationship, both sexually and emotionally, with this book at hand.
