Faith Hudson Was Falling In Love With Her Husband!

Her marriage was a disaster. Her husband was better off in Boston without her. It had been clear to her then, and it was even clearer now that she'd traveled west and made her home on a Texas ranch. She had no plans of ever returning.

But Max Hudson wanted her back. It had taken him three years to find her, and he wasn't goi

Good quick read for fans of Harlequin westerns. I like it when couples find their way back into love with one another. Also, I really liked how the heroine was able to grow into her own person during their separation and how sexy the hero found this new aspect to his wife. The mother-in-law wouldn't win any prizes in anyone's view, but at least she was only a minor threat to the relationship.

Recommends it for: anyone that loves historical western romances!
A good Carolyn Davidson read! A sweet Historical Western with just a bit of heat.
Janet
Sweet, not entirely predictable. Heroine quite a strong capable woman who managed on her own for 3 years before her Bostonian husband finally found her. What I liked: they bought independently of each other decided that they would make the necessary compromises to rekindle their love again.

Some sad aspects were rather glossed over but I think readers of Harlequin Historical Westerns probably know the brand and are not surprised.

I tried and tried to just complete it but I'm at about 60% and I accept that it is impossible to do so at this time. I'm done. Nice enough storyline but it lacks captivation.

Carolyn Davidson began writing in 1986, knowing absolutely nothing about the craft. Her first three books were rejected by Harlequin.

She met Dixie Browning at a Harlequin dinner in Charleston, South Carolina, and told Dixie she was writing, but that she feared she was too old to begin such an undertaking. Dixie's response spurred Carolyn to pursue her dream. Dixie said, in her own inimitable fashi
