Ginny Carson is so honest leaving nothing out in her life's experiences in the diplomatic corps. This book is fascinating and gives a glimpse of history from a personal perspective. My husband is reading it now. I am so appreciative of the author's taking the time to recount her experiences in so many parts of the world and during so many episodes of historical significance.
