I picked this book up at the Orem 'Dollar Book Store' for--surprise!--a dollar. I don't yet have experience cooking from it (the only way one can truly "read" a cookbook), but I've perused some recipes I want to try. More importantly, I hope I can make a lot of vegetarian recipes in 2016 and cut down some of the less healthy foods in my diet. Here's hoping! (Although maybe "onion quiche" isn't a representative example of 'healthy' ... sh, don't tell).
