Since being diagnosed with silent reflux (throatburn) I have been reading lots of information online. This book was fantastic, told me everything I needed to know and gave me all the tools to help heal myself.

Highly informative and provides a straightforward diet to follow. Similar to 'Dropping Acid' but from a medical perspective, so there are a lot more explanations in layman's terms about the causes of reflux and possible solutions. Well written, quick read, and the information is accessible.
