This book drew me in from the very beginning. I relate to the main character, Willow extremely well. She is definitely someone I would be friends with. A Telltale Secret by M.J. Rain, is a wonderful debut for this new, young adult novelist. It is the first of five books in the Telltale Destiny series. If you have young, eager readers, this is a wonderful novel to gift them with. M.J. creates an interesting world with colorful characters, and a story that will pull you in. I read the book in five hours, and am looking forward to book 2.

I happily give this debut novel of MJ Rain's a 5-Star Rating because I love 'A Telltale Secret' (Book #1 in MJ Rain's 'A Telltale Destiny Series'). And I do not like any of JK Rowling's 'Harry Potter' books, which is in the same genre as MJ's debut novel is.
