Miracle on Christmas Eve by Shirley Jump is a fast, feel-good novel. Jessica is the town’s Mrs. Claus. But when her husband passes away, she no longer is in the Christmas mood and decides to spend the holidays at the beach. But before she can leave on her vacation, CJ comes to town to claim the daughter he didn’t know about and enlists Jessica in giving Sarah the Christmas she never had. As they spend time together, they discover a Christmas miracle.

Sweet story of missing a loved one at Christmas and not wanting to face the holidays. Toss in a man who just found out he has a daughter and thinks he know what he is going to go. Then comes in a young child who teaches them both a lesson on life and love and the spirit of the holidays Must read

I love books set at Christmas since they tend to spin their magic around us. This was an extremely quick read and moved very fast. I would have liked if Jump slowed down the pace and gave us a little more romance but all in all a good read.
