This can't even be called a prequel. It would be better as an prologue for the actual book that we're supposed to be tricked into buying. I did start to relate to the heroine, then bam, suddenly one guy is literally sniffing around her, and in the next paragraph, she's talking about yet another guy that we haven't even heard of yet. It was very disjointed, and doesn't make me want to read the next book.

Trish Jackson, animal lover and chocolate addict, writes contemporary Romantic Suspense, Romantic Mysteries and Romantic Comedy.
In-your-face, spicy, zany, sassy, suspenseful, terrifying, chilling and definitely in bad taste. Trish identifies her works as 'Fiction with a Conscience' because she highlights and educates the reader about multiple social problems through her fiction.
