Geared toward teen girls, this little book is worthwhile for anyone who needs easy stress-busters. Yes, the advice is simple and sometimes obvious. Things like write your fears on paper and tear it up; drink enough water; recipe for a foot soak; spend time with pets. It also gives an easy explanation why that thing is supposed to work. The illustrations are adorable too.
