I didn't realize this was a teen book when I picked it up. (Had I been paying any attention at all, I would have. Blame it on stress.) it's probably great for a teen, but it for me was all old advice.

The book was very colorful and the advice was good. Teens should really appreciate the way the material was presented. Good book.
