In this gripping triptych, Hans M. Hirschi presents three very different and deeply moving portraits of gay family life. While each is a complete story in its own right, all three share common themes, exploring the devastating impact of death, the deep wounds left by abuse, the damage wreaked by homophobia, and, ultimately, the power of love to overcome and heal.

Author review:

We decided to create this compilation to reward the many fans who have bought one or two of my books. For the price of two, you get to read all three novels. Although not related through their stories, there are quite a few common topics that permeate the 700 pages: love, relationships, parenting, loss etc.

The compilation consists of: Family Ties by Hans M. Hirschi Jonathan's Hope by Hans M. Hirschi The Opera House by Hans M. Hirschi

I hope you enjoy this book collection. Meanwhile, I've started work on opus #4.

His stories keep you enthralled, never getting slow. I never found a comfortable place to set the book down but always looked with anticipation picking it back up and resuming my journey. Smile, blush, laugh and cry. It is a roller coaster for sure. We are so fortunate to have met Hans last fall. The spirit we felt in that ...more
