Really Good advice in this book that I followed from day one. Now baby is one month old and only wakes up once in the night for a feeding. She seems to know when its day time too because she stays up longer. If your baby has sleep problems this book will help but its like dog training, it could take a while before you notice the difference. It's the best dollar I've ever spent. (Yup it was a dollar, hard to pass up at that price)

Recommends it for: Parents of Older Infants
Best reference book on getting an older infant to sleep. Our baby is 8 months and never had any trouble sleeping before now. The other books were more focused on newborns so this was a good find.
