Nope, impossible, nope, I'm sorry. Can't happen. Nope. Chapter 9 ruined the book for me. The book was kind of slow for the first 8 chapters, chapter 9 was getting good and up until chapter ten starts with "That was my daydream" You don't grab the reader and lock them in for a good ride than let go and say ride over time to start from scratch. I skipped a few chapters to see if the book could grab my interest, but it couldn't, my trust in it was gone. I felt like if I were to be grabbed again it...more

This will be the last easy read or pretty much easy read that I post for awhile.

Simply because I finished this in one sitting and question if If I think this was trippy or weird.

Either way, I liked it.

Even though after reading most of it, I literally muttered to myself "What the hell am I reading?"

I wasn't too fond of the majority of it being about trick or treating. The main twist was way at the end, (the twist was interesting, I'll admit), and to be honest, parts of this seemed to mimic the ha...more

Drew and Walker want to get revenge on Lee and Tabby for a mean prank they played on them two Halloweens ago. Halloween costumes, trick-or-treating, pumpkin heads, and a plan for revenge is what this book is about. R.L. Stine was a favourite childhood author of mine, and this book reminded me why.

I liked this book because it was about a girl who hated being called elf by her dad one day her friend heard her dad calling her that so he tried it but the kid being called it is tough so the kid who copied off of drew,s dad drew stomped on his foot

I actually destinctly remember having this book on my little desk in 3rd grade, and knowing that there's probably a better book out there to read, but that this book should do. I remember reading the story about the kids, pulling a prank on jerks, but actually turning inot creppy walking jack-o-lanterns. i remember I chose this book to read because Halloween was coming soon. *sigh*. But i gave it 2 stars because I also remember skipping most of the middle just because i was bored of the Hallowee...more

alurnya monoton dan cukup gampang ditebak, ga ada kejutan bermutu di endingnya

I am reading this book with my son. He is in love with Goosebumps. So we are now trying to keep track of the ones we read. At the end I will let him rate and write a review on this book.

I really liked this Goosebumps installment... It was definitely weird and wacky... and the twist ending was pretty morbid. "Attack of the Jack-o-Lanterns" is about a girl named Drew and her friends that want to give two bullies, Tabby and Lee, a good Halloween scare. For years, Tabby and Lee have been scaring them silly... but this year will be different. This time, Drew has chilling plans... that involve fire-breathing pumpkin heads! Will Drew finally get her revenge on Tabby and Lee? Read to f...more

Ending I did not like....

I don't even know what to say about this one. I did it as a read aloud for my students, and they really loved it. I, on the other hand, thought it was absolutely ridiculous. You can't have a completely random ending with no foreshadowing!!

So it's an interesting story, but the ending comes out of nowhere. It's so far out of left field that it's actually good.

i think that if you read it, it will probably come true!

Goosebumps. This is the series that kept me reading through my childhood. More than any other series, Goosebumps kept me interested in reading, and R.L. Stein is a wonderful children's writer. I applaud his efforts, and can't express enough my gratitude for the series.

This Goosebumps was really idiotic and full of cheap thrills. I do not recommend this book . Full of stupid ideas. R. L. Stine has been recycling all his ideas through out his series.
