A worthwhile read for the traveler, especially when they are leaving familiarity far away. I got this book as a gift before I left for Japan, and it proved a comfort when I was missing my home, my friends and family, and my church. This book serves as a reminder that you don't need a church and a priest to worship. You can find spirituality in your home if you know where to look.
I bought this book nearly 20 years ago. It was an indispensable prayer guide for my growing family through the years. We always prayed the birthday prayer for every family birthday.
I've misplaced it, and wish I could find it.
